🙋‍♂️ Who is Jack Kirby?

Jack Kirby (1917–1994), often called “The King of Comics,” was one of the most influential comic book creators of all time.

Born in New York City, Kirby co-created legendary characters like Captain America, the X-Men, Thor, Black Panther, and the Fantastic Four. His bold visual style, dynamic storytelling, and larger-than-life imagination helped define the look and language of modern superhero comics.

A World War II veteran and son of immigrants, Kirby’s work carried strong themes of justice, resistance, and humanity—leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire generations of artists, writers, and fans.
